Once again, the Twitter world was shaken up by some NBA news, especially for Lakers and Rockets fans. Two important players basically swapped teams as Trevor Ariza verbally commited to the Houston Rockets and Ron Artest. Being a Lakers fan as well as a high school classmate of Trevor Ariza (Westchester stand up!!) I’m sad to see him and his relentless effort go elsewhere, however, with Ron Artest coming to join this already dangerous team it’s hard to stay to sad for too long.
With The Spurs, Magic, and Cavs making moves and Boston close to making a big addition, the Lakers have made their mark on the offseason. Next priority: resign Lamar Odom and Shannon Brown.
Can the season start already?!!!
