When I first saw this I had to question the validity of it. I didn’t think Nike would do Lebron like that, but its hilarious that they did. I wonder how Lebron feels about this commercial. Better yet, how funny would it be if right now, Lebron Jr. was in his ear asking all of these same questions?

Kobe Bryant to Cover NBA2K10

2 3 Kobe Bryant posts in a row…the way I’m feeling right now, who cares!! Preceding Game 1 of the Finals tonight, in a commercial, Kobe Bryant will be revealed as the cover athlete for NBA2k10. If I’m not mistaken it’s Kobe’s first video game cover since the Kobe Bryant: NBA Courtside series for the Nintendo 64. It was revealed earlier at the E3 convention which is literally just a few feet away from Staples Center.
After it is officially revealed, fans will be able to vote on 2ksports.com for the official cover image, choosing from the image above, and 2 more which you can see after the jump.

If anyone still collects magazines as I do, particularly Slam, you may remember them doing a top 75 players in NBA history list a few years back. For this issue, they dwindled the number down to 50 and have incorporated the great players that have arisen in the past few years. I’ll definitely be copping.

For Leroy Smith, the basketball personality behind the wildly successful basketball instructional video series GetYourBasketballOn.com claims to have single-handily created Michael Jordan’s success as the motivational Smith also boasts a series of other basketball-relevant products. With Jordan set to enter the NBA Hall of Fame, Leroy is also looking to have his own name featured in the Hall of Fame for his contributions to the game. WOW! Microsoft XBOX 360 Project Natal | Controller-Free Gaming

Whoa. It appears Microsoft is taking home entertainment to a new plateau. During the ongoing E3 Conference, Microsoft gave people a preview of their XBox 360 Project Natal that they have been working on. Not only is this a completely different video gaming experience, it is a entirely new home entertainment experience. Games, Movies, and actual human interaction is all at the touch of… well… your own two hands (and voice)! No info on release date or other specifics but definitely watch the video.
