Kobe & LeBron Puppets – Unstoppable (Commercial)
Posted by Jo$h on May 20, 2009
Caught this a little over an hour ago while watching Sportscenter. Nike is really doing a great job with these. How great would it be if Kobe and LeBron provideed the actual voices though?

In Case You Missed It: LA Clippers Win #1 Draft Pick!
Posted by Just10 on May 20, 2009

Okay, so if you follow LA sports then you know the last time the Clippers had the #1 pick in the NBA draft, things did not go so well. LA’s ”Second Team” drafted Michael Olowokandi from University of the Pacific with the number 1 pick and needless to say things did not go as planned. In his five seasons with the Clippers, the “Kandi Man” averaged a mere 9.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.63 blocks per game. Named the #3 Draft bust by Sports Illustrated, Olowokandi did not pan out to be the player the Clippers had hoped. Now the Clippers have another chance to draft a rising star player to finally lead their team into the postseason! So now the only message I have for the Los Angeles Clippers is: DON’T F*CK THIS UP!!!!
Jo$h Update: The Clippers have publicly stated that they plan on using the #1 pick on Oklahoma forward Blake Griffin.

R.I.P. Dolla
Posted by Jo$h on May 19, 2009

It’s unfortunate that I even have to make a post of this nature. A few hours ago I learned of a deadly shooting that took place in the most unlikeliest of places being the Beverly Center. While I didn’t know Dolla personally, I can speak for both me and Just10 in saying that he was very close to a number of our close friends and associates. Dolla was signed to Akon’s Konvict label and even had some moderate success with his song “Who The Fuck is That?” It’s just another reminder that as far as we’ve come as a people and a society, we still have a long way to go before we can see our young people strive for success in any field only to have another person of the same make up do something to change it all and affect the lives of many.
Just10- Check out this song Dolla did a few months back with our brothers Skeme and Cire!
