He smokes pot. Lots of people do. I do. Marijuana isn’t a performance enhancing drug. In fact, he should get an extra medal for being able to kick that much ass in the pool with a diminished lung capacity (assuming he smoked regularly, that is). The fact he was able to stand up and admit its him should make him a role model for decent smokers everywhere. Now, if he only didn’t apologize for it, we’d have a guy who knows what he’s doing.

For the record, that’s a hand-blown bong worth over $300. Smokin’ in style.

Although I don’t condone weed smoking and since you are a role model for younger kids it’s not right. However, you are a human and we do make mistakes. People like isheanesu think you should be stripped of your medals but i believe you should be given more credit since you were smoking, and you still managed to beat them. Phelps is a great athlete, so who gives a fuck if he smokes weed. We should admire who he was while preforming and learn from that instead of trying to find the bad things in all people.
