MJ says in his prime he’d have a better chance at stopping Kobe than Kobe would at stopping him. The absolute greatest matchup that we’ll never get to see. The matchups they did have were always memorable, especially the 98 All Star Game.
Anyone else think MJ could still dunk?

Aftermath’s own Bishop Lamont visits the Shade45 morning show and goes off for a 10 minute freestyle. And to think, today was like the first day in weeks that I opted to listen to Power106 instead of Sirius on the way to work.

Amazing! The New York Yankees just keep on picking up more great players from various teams! First they got Richie Sexson from the Mariners, then Xavier Nady from the Pirates, and now Ivan Rodriguez from the Detroit Tigers! The Yankees send the Tigers righty pitcher Kyle Farnsworth in exchange for the 14 time all star. The trade comes in an effort to fill the void at the catcher position after Jorge Posada decided to have season-ending shoulder surgery. From the outside looking in, it appears Pudge can fill several voids. Although he is in his 18th season, the veteran provide some leadership for the young pitchers at the mound, enhance their overall defense, and add another great bat into the lineup! The stretch for the Yankees and the American League is going to be very interesting!
Does this put the Yankees in great position to make the playoffs and go far? Who will win the AL Wild Card? AL East? Post your comment!
