The hype will not die for this. Los Angeles is buzzing, and I’m sure Boston can say the same thing. It feels the way it did back in 2000 with the Lakers flags all over the streets and freeways. Hopefully it lives up to the hype because this has been one of the longest weeks of my life.

Today, June 5th, The Hundreds, XLARGE, and Casio will release a collab G-Shock DW6900! The watch will be available at THLA, THSF, XLARGE Los Angeles. The Hundreds and XLARGE will also release a limited edition New Era cap featuring an “XLARGER” styled Adam Bomb and TH “Jags” patterns on the side panels. Last but not least, the two streetwear giants will release a special collab t-shirt! The black and gray version will be available at The Hundreds while the full color version will be available at XLARGE.

No Need To Travel! Huf Opens in LA! Pics!

After opening four stores in San Francisco, Keith Hufnagel has finally opened his store here in LA! Housing only Huf products, the store’s design is basic but pays close attention to detail. The use of plywood throughout the store pays tribute to what started it all, skateboarding. Nice, Open, Clean, Dope. I got to stop by and check it out. There was also a party for the opening! Kevin Garnett Cheating on Wife?

On the heels the most important series of games (NBA Finals duh!) in Kevin Garnett’s career, Mediatakeout has gotten news that the Boston Celtic has been cheating on his wife with a former Minnesota Timberwolves Cheerleader! The site has posted pics of Garnett and the woman together and say that their affair has lasted about four years. This revelation also comes on the heels of Garnett’s wife, Brandi, giving birth to their first child! I’m a Lakers fan for life and I hope Kevin plays bad but I hope this is not true at all! This story reminds me of the story that came out about Randy Moss right be the Superbowl.
