Yea it is really sad that something like this happens almost everyday! I have never seen it captured on film like this! But nowadays people really don’t take responsibility for their actions and things like this are the results!

You know the craziest thing about this pic?? It is the middle of the day and this person is supposedly drunk! They must really have a problem!

Drunks, for the most part, rarely learn responsibility, even after they’ve lost most everything. As such, the penalties, meant to get them off the road, should be severe: confiscation of the vehicle, 5 years and more in prison, depending on the results of their crime, loss of wealth (seizing of their assets) and possibly more.

Of course justice can never be fully served. A lost life can’t be returned.
