I just came across a snippet of a new Nas song called “War is Necessary” from Grand Theft Auto IV. The song will probably be featured on the soundtrack and one of the many radio stations from the game!

Today marks the release of the Supreme Vans collaboration in Punk Reggae group Bad Brains! Along with three pairs of Sk8-Hi’s, a jacket will release in two colors, and also two shirts. With one of the most highly anticipated video game releases approaching, Rockstar North Games is doing a great job promoting GTA IV!!! I just spotted this billboard down the street from my house! This is not too far from LAX and is next to a major traffic intersection.

Bape Store LA Final Look!

With the grand opening of Bape Store LA approaching, it appears the final touches have been added to an already impressive shopping experience! Located on Melrose Blvd., just a stones throw from Kid Robot and Crook and Castles. I snap these on the way home from a movie! The store is scheduled to open Friday April 25th and there is already a line!!!!

adidas Mutombo Retro?

Pictures of a sample version of the adidas Mutombo have popped up and they appear to be a very nice retro! Dikembe Mutombo, one of NBA’s greatest defensive players, wore these towards the beginning of his career (I think with the Hawks). Like the adidas Kobe, the name will probably change and certain graphics might not appear but the overall look of the shoe will stay the same as the original! No word on a release date.

Dewie the Bear from “Semi-Pro” Kills Trainer!

In a stunning turn for the worst, Rocky, the bear from the hit movie “Semi-Pro” attacked and killed his trainer yesterday at a training facility in San Bernardino. Reports state that while working with 3 experienced handlers at Predators In Action training center, Rocky attacked and bit Stephen Miller, 39, on the neck. The bear was subdued with pepper spray and paramedics were called but were unable to revive Miller. Randy Miller, owner of the training center and Stephen’s brother, was the stunt double for Will Ferrell for the bear wrestling scene.
