Kanye West Ends Engagement

It appears that hip hop star Kanye West and his fiance Alexis Phifer broke off their engagement this past weekend
“Kanye is possessed by the (Glow In The Dark) tour and everything going on and just couldn’t keep it going,” said a source close to the couple. ”They are still friends and have broken up and gotten back together before, so it could work out.”
According to the source, West and Phifer are still friends and have broken up before, so there is a possibility that they will be back together.
Kanye proposed to Alexis in 2006 while on vacation in Italy, The couple had been dating since 2002, minus a brief split in 2004.

“It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends. I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met.”
